Depart in early morning and drive for two hours to Lake Rweru. On arrival, you take the boat to Mazane Island for bird watching. Along the way you will enjoy beautiful water birds including waders and daily fishing activities of local people. At the Island you will do bird watching while walking to the place historically known as the entrance of Richard Kandt to Rwanda during his exploration of the farthest source of the Nile.
